Too man...What an important (and awesome) post Joe. Too many people take head trauma for granted when the evidence is fairly solid that even subconcussive blows can cause irreversible brain damage. It seems quite odd to me that people would "damage themselves" in martial training purportedly so as to "avoid being damaged" in civilian defence situations. It doesn't make sense.
